Daya is the founder of ForgeYourFit and the developer behind the site's free calculators. He builds and maintains the formulas, input handling, and result logic that power each tool, and writes the bulk of the site's fitness and nutrition content. ForgeYourFit was started to make fitness and nutrition calculations clear, free, and easy to use without app downloads or sign-ups.
Devendra serves as the technical reviewer for ForgeYourFit. He reviews the site's calculators for formula accuracy, input validation, and edge-case behavior before they go live, and helps catch issues in the calculation logic so users get consistent, reliable results.
